Why I am here…
There’s a specific kind of heartbreak in doing everything “right” and watching it not work. I spent two years building a business I was proud of, following every framework and piece of expert advice…and didn’t make a single sale.
Over the decade since, I’ve built and scaled multiple multi‑million‑dollar companies and watched the same thing happen at higher levels: intelligent people executing “proven” ideas that are simply out of sequence. Borrowed strategies don’t account for timing, context, or the actual reality of your business.
I’m here because I’ve lived the gap between advice and discernment. My work now is helping founders decide what’s truly ready, so what they build lands, sells, and holds.

This private advisory intensive is designed for founders and executives who already have vision and traction, and want their next moves to match the level of what they’re building.

We stay close to the moves that matter most: what you say yes to, what you say no to, how you allocate your time, team, and capital, and how your business continues to reflect the next version of you as it grows.
