OLIVIA STEELE
Olivia Steele is a serial founder, operator, and angel investor with a track record of spotting gaps in an industry before anyone else does, and building the thing that closes them.
She started in luxury retail, where she co-founded and scaled Conversation Couture, a proprietary virtual selling methodology that became the standard for major luxury and jewelry brands, including LVMH, Richemont, Signet Jewelers (Kay, Jared, Diamonds Direct), and Tod's. She took the company to eight figures and exited successfully.
She co-founded JADEVA, a global sisterhood for senior women leaders, and grew it into a network of more than 200 members anchored by international retreats in Tulum and Egypt. Once JADEVA had the traction to run on its own, Olivia brought in a C-suite team to lead day to day operations, and now teaches inside JADEVA's accelerator, focused on what she calls aligned revenue engines: growth strategies that scale without asking founders to compromise who they are.
She's an active angel investor in CPG, has personally helped scale more than 150 small businesses, and currently serves as Founding Partner at Insieme Labs, where she and her partners build decision infrastructure for enterprise leadership teams, decoding how leaders decide and translating it into a company's operational DNA.
She's been named one of 100 Women to Know in America, with her work featured in Forbes and Business Insider.
